Interview
I applied in person and was called in a few days later for a one-on-one interview with the store manager. The interview was easy and asked very straight forward questions. This was one of the first interviews that the manager had ever conducted. It was done in a conversational style. I left feeling that the job was mine if I wanted it. I was offered the job the next day. There was no background check conducted.
Easy interview since the person really needed someone to hold the cashier position. All I had to prove was that I could do math and if I was available during the week.
Lied to during interview about bonus, never received any compensation. Non existent don’t count on getting anything other than hourly
Hourly pay is very low, not worth the effort due to manager responsibilities
The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple. If I might add, was very standard as well. Know a little about products and supplements, health and fitness, and you will be golden
