1 screen phone call with talent, 1 phone interview (45 mins) with hiring manager, 2 teams interviews (45 mins) with directors then panel of 4 separate 30 min interviews with managers/directors in various departments. I reached out after the panel interview which I was told was the final stage and was ghosted after that. Multiple emails and phone calls to at least receive some feedback and still haven’t heard back. It’s been over 6 months.
