Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. I applied in person and met the store manager and give him an elevator pitch. He texted me a week later for an interview which was super casual and easy (they are looking for enthusiasm and personality). After this, I did a second interview a week later with the district manager and it was also a casual conversation. She asked pretty generic questions like tell me about yourself, what do you know about the company, why do you want to work here?

What do you know about the products, can you give me an example?
If someone was looking for a natural deodorant supplement, what would you recommend?
Easy interview since the person really needed someone to hold the cashier position. All I had to prove was that I could do math and if I was available during the week.
Lied to during interview about bonus, never received any compensation. Non existent don’t count on getting anything other than hourly
Hourly pay is very low, not worth the effort due to manager responsibilities
The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple. If I might add, was very standard as well. Know a little about products and supplements, health and fitness, and you will be golden
