New to the area and a recent college graduate, I was originally looking for a part time position to make student loan payments while looking for a foot in the door. The Store Manager who gave me my application sent a few feeler questions at me and referred me to the Regional Manager for a Store Manager interview. After meeting with her, the next day I was called in for a second interview where I was offered the position.

Went over legalities to determine work eligibility, discussed benefits and pay expectations, and answered 4 basic questions about the job. Discussed job details, company policies, and how the pay relies heavily on bonuses and incentives to push sales.

I applied in June of 2023 and was offered a phone interview. It is now August 2023 and my interview was rescheduled 4 times. Each time, the interviewer called over 30 minutes late or not at all.
