Interview
I applied online without a referral and got a recruiter email a few days later. After the screening call with a recruiter I went in for an in-person interview with two employees on the team. Basic interview with behavioural questions and minimal technical questions.
Difficult and long , a lot of problem based scenarios and a presentation for the assessment centre. Questions didn’t have right or wrong answers but were more focused on your thought process and reasoning for your answer as well as your personality and fit to the job
