A GSK recruiter left me a voicemail message to call him back to arrange a first round interview this was about 1 month after applying, I called back the same day and left a voicemail as there was no answer. A couple days go by with no response, I leave an email but no reply. I email again and eventually I get a call back, it took nearly a week of chasing. We scheduled the first round and it went fine so proceeded with a second round. 2 weeks later and no response either way, I called to follow up and he asked me "how he could help", does he not know part of his job is to keep candidates up to date? He did not know the outcome of my interview. A further 2 weeks later I leave another voicemail asking for an update and feedback. Nothing. It's really disrespectful to treat candidates like this, you should have some decency to at least let me know the outcome and if it is a not give some feedback as to why.
