Initial prescreenign phone call with head of clinical Development followed by a all day interview panel with 10-12 panelists on 1:1 interviews including upper management, product sciences, clinical research, operations, project management, etc. session was preceded by one 30 -45 min presentation and 15 min questions. All interviews over zoom
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at GSK (London, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
Slow with very sub par recruiters who don’t add value to the interview process. Hiring managers need to be more engaged otherwise they are probably missing out on good candidates

Interview
The interview was for a position in Bangalore was more of an open discussion. The panel was very cordial, open, and friendly. They were very encouraging as well.
However, GSK India HR processes are not mature enough in GSK. Hopefully, this feedback will be considered in the future.
