After I applied I got a phone call only two days after (eventhough the vacancy had only been posted in less than a week) to schedule my interview. The interview was online in a video call with two members of the RA department in Portugal. It was my first interview but I found it odd as they only asked me 3 general questions and then were only asking if I had any questions. I made three questions in a row but they kept asking me if I had anymore questions. They were very nice and explained every question I had but afterwards they said they would give an answer (even if a no) and personalized feedback. They told me when the candidate would start to work if accepted so when that date passed I knew I was not accepted but never received any confirmation from them until I contacted them.
