They have a very delayed process for the role, Company HR scheduled 1st round with all the stakeholders from onshore (in my case there were 4) and it lasted around 65-70 mins. They asked about your current roles and GSK value case scenarios which you might have included in your past role. There after 2weeks later there was another round where they gone through with your CV in detail. In another 2 weeks they created my profile in GSK portal, but still no direct communication from HR now its been 1 month and i am yet to hear back from HR on this.
