I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GSK (Bengaluru) in Nov 2021
Interview
Asked about my programming experience, and was fine that I had none. Asked me some statistical questions related to variance, standard deviation. Asked me some brain teasers, said they were not expecting me to get the answer, but were more curious to know my thought process and asked me to describe it out loud. Overall, a pleasant experience.
I was ghosted even though promised an interview that was moved 3 times. Not a good experience for me since I lost time. They should'nt lie to the applicants and unilateraly change the dates for the interviews.
There were two rounds, primarily behavioral, with a few technical questions based on my resume. Overall, the process was straightforward and relatively easy to navigate and respond to smoothly overall.
fisrtly is focus on the values and cultures of the company, they will ask you how you fit the kind of values, and then What aspects amde u interested in the position? And How do u see yourself succeed in it? Followed by a lot of behavioral qns
