compilazione application online; dopodichè segue una sorta di quiz con domande basate su possibili situazioni lavorative, quindi quiz attitudinali; se questo test viene passato, la candidatura continua, si ha un colloquio con un HR, e dopodichè se l'HR ritiene tu sia un good fit, ti passa al manager sotto al quale lavorerai.

I was ghosted even though promised an interview that was moved 3 times. Not a good experience for me since I lost time. They should'nt lie to the applicants and unilateraly change the dates for the interviews.
There were two rounds, primarily behavioral, with a few technical questions based on my resume. Overall, the process was straightforward and relatively easy to navigate and respond to smoothly overall.
fisrtly is focus on the values and cultures of the company, they will ask you how you fit the kind of values,and then What aspects amde u interested in the position? And How do u see yourself succeed in it? Followed by a lot of behavioral qns
