Met with the supervisor and was asked to explain why I was a good fit for a member- facing job. I had a positive experience. I was asked to give examples of times when I faced an obstacle and how I overcame it. Also, I was given some scenarios and I had to explain how I would act.
Two interviews, very professional. They made sure to explain everything about the job and there was nothing I didn't expect going into the position. Very nice team of people in the talent department.
