I was called to come in for an interview to meet with the managers. It ended up being some kind of theme day, they were dressed as hippies. I interviewed with two people in the same room. They mostly asked about my work history and how much financial experience. When I couldn't offer any financial experience I could tell they were as interested. They also asked a lot of questions as to why I was leaving my current company.
