First interview was a phone screener - typical questions, basically walking through your resume and answering a few questions about times you've led a group of kids and how you entertain them (more or less what's expected of a camp counselor). Second interview took place in a large group. It took a while and was obnoxious. You come up with games to play in a breakout group, then return to a larger group and learn about Camp G. Afterwards, you have 1 on 1 interviews and role playing. you conclude with performing obnoxious skits. Overall not a hard process, just long and annoying.
