      The interview process was really straightforward. They set up a time to meet with a camp director in a call with other applicants. Then, they just asked you to come up with possible activities or ideas relevant to the position.

Then reviewed what next steps would look like, which was an offer letter to come within 24 hours which was to be signed 24 hours after that.
