Interview
Gallagher hires: resumes screened, then interviews (may include PI, GD, and tests). and takes a very long time, mostly conducting walk-in interviews. that's what makes it more difficult to get and take whole day
For a company that promotes itself as following very clear and defined values, it's really unprofessional - never mind just bad manners - to ghost an applicant after an interview. I've followed up, politely - and just get crickets.
I obviously didn't make it through to nest stage, but at least have the common decency to say, "thanks for your time, but no". How hard is that?

Interview
First I had a phone call with a representative from HR, during which she explained the role, company, and hiring process. Next I had an interview with the hiring manager. My third and last interview was with the co-manager of the team. Throughout the process, I continued to have contact with the HR rep who was very helpful in answering my questions.
