The interview process was just smooth and the HR is accommodating. It was easy and accessible for those looking for jobs. Also the benefit package is competitive. The hiring managers were warm and not intimidating.

Interview process in 2009 was different than present - at that time I had a phone interview and then an in person interview which resulted in a job offer. The phone interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. The in person interview lasted approximately an hour. I am no longer working there and have no idea what the current process is.
