Contacted by email after submitting application online. They scheduled a phone interview/screening with an HR person. They were very pleasant to talk to (I've applied and interviewed multiple times). We went over my work experience and education. I explained I was looking to make a career "pivot" into insurance claims. I guess the hiring managers weren't interested. I'm starting to get the impression they feel I'm "over qualified" or are looking for "recent grads" only. I hope I'm wrong for both our sakes. I'll keep trying because they keep posting new openings for the same position.
