There is a multi-phase process featuring a structured on-line assessment, at least one structured in-depth telephone interview, and, if you are lucky, a series of face to face interviews with hiring managers. It is a very rigorous process to get hired at Gallup. The odds of getting in the door are somewhat lower than getting a place at Harvard University as an undergraduate. Expectations are extremely high for its applicants.
