I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Gallup
Interview
Went thru 2 phone interviews and fly back interview. The whole process took more than 4 months. Then they didn't even call to deliver the final decision. I had to follow up a few times and got rejected in the last call I made. Really unprofessional company.
You take a strengths test for the role and if you pass the test then HR will contact you and you speak with them. Then interview with manager and team member. Pretty good and easy going.
After the phone calls, there is a one day interview in the Chicago office. Be prepared to answer questions about every part of your career.
