The interview process was fairly long-- online assessment, two phone interviews, and a two and a half hour in-person interview with three different people. However, nothing was ever unexpected or seemed too intimidating as there was consistent communication and clear expectations between the recruiter and I.

I initially had to do an online assessment for situational judgement. They then informed me that I got in the next round which was the same assessment again. They then informed me that it was not a match.

Applied and filled out the assessment at the end of the application. The next day I got told I moved on to the "second interview" which was gonna be a personality assessment just like the first. Filled it out and didn't hear back the next day, which I thought was strange. Day after, got rejected. Strange thing is, I filled it out almost exactly the same way as the first time. Not sure if this was a waste of time or not, but at least it was only a week,
