Interview
Its a strange behavioral questions interview, be ready to provide examples. In a nutshell they ask competitiveness questions and ability to influence in certain conditions (phone, one on one, entire organization). There is no feedback from the interviewer at all, she was very mechanical so I they must have an analyst listen to the call later.
