Behavioral interviewing, Grueling, but interesting. It's too bad I have no ability to circle back with my interviewers (I had two telephone interviews) in an effort for self-improvement.
During both my interviews, I did not have the ability to ask questions, unless I didn’t hear the question or needed it repeated. It was rather mechanical. The interviewer is seeking the first thing that comes to mind.
