I called about openings and was told of a job fair for various positions. I went down and after submitting resume and filling out application I was brought in back for 1:1 interview. They ask many customer service questions and ask about how you would handle different situations. They do ask about your knowledge of the video game industry, a knowledge of game makers and health of the industry helps.
