1 - Applied online 2 - Phone screening 3 - In person interview with direct manager 4 - In person interview with 3 other managers, and 2 other leads 5 - In person interview with department manager, which was canceled the first time and rescheduled later Whole process took 3 different days at the office over almost 3 months. In the beginning I felt the length and complexity of the process simply meant there was a lot of competition or care, but really it was about not being able to prioritize. Everyone was so overworked they weren't able to schedule interviews within the same week or even back to back weeks. A large portion of the interviews focused on ensuring I could handle the volume of work. That should have been my first red flag. The interviews were easy and I got the job in the end, but almost 3 months for these interviews? That's just not normal.
