Interview
In person interview with either the Senior Game Advisor or Assistant Store Manager followed by an interview with the Store Manager. If you make it past him or her, they will sometimes bring you in to have you meet with the District Manager. Sometimes they'll ask you to sell them on a game you don't like to test your sales ability, but only if you have a lack of experience.

Easy interview, looks for retail experience, dealing with positive/negative customer situations, asks for favorite game and why. Looks for good personality, positive customer service, and problem solving capabilities. Asks what situations you've dealt with where you ran into a problem and had to solve it. Asks you to pitch your favorite game, and why you should buy it.
Ask me what type of games I play. Typical behavioral stuff. We also talked about GameStop stocks and the diamond hands meme. All in all I think the interview was fun.
