The process was a few steps with emails and phone calls to schedule a phone interview. the person who did the interview was professional and courteous. They were looking to fill a few roles and I was a candidate they selected to possibly fill a role for them.

Interview
Stated that after the group interview all candidates would be called the following week to inform whether they are going forward or not. The next week came and went without a call. I called twice and left a message each time but was ghosted by HR. Not professional at all.

Very basic questions which are all scenario based. Most revolve around driving sales and building strong successful teams. The rest was on finding ways to get the results done regardless of the resources allocated.
