The process was fairly simple. I was asked questions about customer service skills, tasks I worked on at my previous working location, and , my knowledge on the video game industry in general.
Super quick interviewer was very kind answered any questions I had. She asked about my experience.Talked about what it it would look like working gave me a feel for how things run.

Easily hired on the spot, only asked about 2 or 3 questions. Said I was fully qualified. But depending on the location and how desperate they are for people they can be somewhat picky but it’s honestly not too bad.
It was very easy they just asked me my knowedge of video game consoles and my schedule. It was not much to it, I did the interview standing up and it lasted 5 minutes and I got hired.
