"Tell me about a time you pulled your team together in a time constraint." Things like that. I haven't heard back and it's been two days. Practice examples like this before-hand & you'll do well! Nothing about "why do you wanna work here," or other simple questions. Really felt like a weeding-out process and he said he had more interviews to do. Good Luck!
