The person interviewing me clearly was not adept in HR. You never ask someone their salary. I explained why I left my last job and she said it must have been for a lot more money. She would not tell me the salary range when I inquired. Stating that she didn’t know. Come on! Do better. She could not even pronounce OSHA. The interview was embarrassing.
