I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Gametime United (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview consisted of two parts. The first part was a brief phone interview to go over the role, the qualifications and my interest. The second part was a Google Hangouts interview with 3-4 different people. There was a role playing test and the focus was on my responses to potential customer inquiries.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gametime United in Apr 2019
Interview
Submitted my application online and was contacted for a screening call with the hiring manager. It went great and we set up a group interview. This was a video call and I spoke to three different people. Was given positive feedback during the interview and told that I would get an email with the next steps. That email never came. Not sure what their process is like but it seems that their HR policies are non existent and they are big fans of ghosting. I recommend using your time in better ways and applying elsewhere.
