After applying, I quickly received an email requesting to set up a phone screen. We had a cheerful chat, and after discussing my experience and some hypothetical service situations, I was offered a video interview.

Got to speak with everyone in the company (including executive leadership!). Really enjoyed speaking with so many people and hearing about how the company works (Fan Happiness, Engineering, Growth, Design, etc). One theme was for sure - the entire team is insanely passionate about their work. Passion required.
