Had initial call with the founder and head of business development to discuss roll and expectations. Standard interview questions as well as very specific questions on background and how I had led a city / done a market launch previously and how this might be different. Second call was with VP of marketing who would be my boss - same types of questions. Definitely interviewing for company fit as well as for experience. This all happened within a week - then I was flown out to SF to do an in person interview. Spent lunch with the team and interviewed with founder and head of business development - spent an hour during that time basically laying out a rough plan for what I would put into place in the city i would run. Was offered a position before I had left.
