Ganz Designer interview questions

The interview process started by receiving a phone call from the HR department. HR personal asked me a little bit about my back ground and couldn't provide useful informant about my role in the company. Shortly afterwards I had a on site interview with the director and the project lead. They reviewed my previous projects and work experience for about 1-2hrs. I had a small tour of the work environment and than wrapped up the interview. I received an offer a few days afterwards and began working there short afterwards. I had real no phone interview (aside for the HR call) or test.
