Question 1
Describe a time you failed and how did you learn from the experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gap Inc. (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
3 rounds, all require a lot of time and effort. Have retail experience or know how you can apply your interests to retail. Be yourself and talk about trends in the industry.
This interview process took a bit of time. I believe I had to complete an assessment before being offered an interview. After the interview, I had to complete a project that took some time. After presenting I was offered another interview but was unfortunately unable to attend as they only gave me one date/time option. I was disappointed that after spending a couple of days on the project I was not met with any flexibility with the next interview. However, everyone I spoke to was very nice and interviewing was a positive experience.
Submit Application and then they will send you an assessment. The assessment took much longer than I thought. After that, there was an online interview around 30 minutes. more rounds of interviews after that.
