Interview
Went through three rounds of interviews (HR, hiring manager, hiring Director) and completed a case study within Excel. Didn’t hear back for 3 weeks, after final interview, until I emailed the hiring manager in regards to the status of my application, as it remained open in the online portal. Ultimately, they informed me they were pursuing other applicants. Also, for the interview with the Director, they were 25 mins late to the virtual interview. Mostly asked questions in regards to relative experience and why my interest in GAP.

Good, very typical interview. Conducted remotely. Done in 3 stages, first a screening call with an hr specialist. Asked about salary expectations, why I wanted that position, etc. , then met with managers and then with other managers that would not supervise my position.

Phone screen with HR, phone with hiring manager - half hour each.
3 hours of one on one's on site about a week later. No hard questions, mostly asked about my experience and what I want to do with my life. Everyone here is so nice, it was a wonderful experience.
