I arrived 5 minutes early and it took her like 10 miutes to start interviewing me. She started asking me about my studies and my reasons to work in the company. It all went really well, the only problem was that I was very quiet. I should have started asking questions about the company and their plans to grow in the near future.

Interviewed with Store Manager, District Manager and Area Manager to determine my qualification for the job. I had just started as an associate 6 months prior so career advancement is very possible within the company.
