Garber Automotive Group interview questions

The interview process was lengthy with multiple interviews with a number of people. I met with the "Lions' Den" with the president of the company (Great guy) leading the conversation. It was slightly intimidating with the initial position being negotiable, as the company prides itself in finding the right people, and filling roles based on the individual's skill set. The process was lengthy, but I imagine that they probably have better results getting better employees as a result.

Normal interview questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. They are really looking for people who can be molded, trained and will drink the kool-aid. You are there to make lots of money, dedicate yourself to Garber 100% and do whatever it takes to achieve it.
