I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Calgary, AB) in Oct 2016
Interview
After applying online, I was invited to a testing event, which consisted of two one-hour sessions. The first test involved object recognition on x-ray pictures, and the second involved basic English, math, pattern recognition and some problem solving. Once passing the tests, I received a 5 minute interview on the spot, and they followed up with a 40 minute interview on another day.

Interview
Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
