I applied online. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Calgary, AB) in Apr 2017
Interview
Initial application online with simple survey of questions. Followed by an email invite for a face to face interview. Upon arrival, there were close to 50 people, divided into 2 groups. First step was to pass a object screening recognition exam via slide show. If you passed, it was followed by a grammar, punctuation exam. Fairly simple. Last step was one on one to which they ask a few simple questions. They will in touch with you in a week if selected.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GardaWorld
Interview
Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
