Interview
This was a good interview. The atmosphere was very open and welcoming. After some standard questions I was told what the job entailed along with being told of real instances of on the job hazards turning out well and in tragedy. I was given the opportunity to ask some difficult questions of my own. I felt my questions were answered honestly and directly and without downplaying shortcomings while, giving steps being taken to remedy them.

You interview with the branch manager. The whole "interview" was them explaining the job duties and benefits and then asking if you are still interested in the job. The branch manager was very nice, personable, and funny. Then you fill out more paperwork and the hiring process begins.
