I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Wilmington, DE) in Jul 2025
Interview
In-person. Regional Manager read off his laptop some boilerplate questions and barely made eye contact. I had to ask pointed questions to figure out what he was looking for, what was expected. He didn't seem to be thrilled to be interviewing me. Never heard back from company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Philadelphia, PA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Drove 10 hours to meet the VP because I was to naive to ask to be flown and put up in a hotel. Waited in a dirty lobby for an hour before being brought up to meet the interviewers.

Question 1
Basic interview questions about leadership style, management experience, P&L experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GardaWorld in Dec 2013
Interview
The interview process was very long and detailed. In order to work in this industry there are numerous back ground checks and certifications that must be complete. Overall getting a gun license in New York City is very difficult to begin with and this was no exception. Current leadership was very flexible and was able to accommodate different times for interview to occur.
