Interview
(As of Summer 2019 for Aviation Systems Engineer Intern)
Had a quick phone interview with HR, then proceeded to an interview with engineers. I thought the people at Garmin were very nice, and it was unfortunate that my interest and their interests didn't align.
Casual and in person. Two people in a room on sight. They asked questions and let us as ones back. Overall friendly and good experience. Option to do remote interview
30 - 40 min phone call interview - non technical, was easy to coordinate. I applied online and was called a few weeks later for an interview set up and then the next day had the interview.
