I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Garmin (Olathe, KS) in Nov 2021
Interview
I applied for a different role within this company but I was contacted to interview for this role. This role required an Associate's degree, while I have a Master's degree. I figured I could at least interview to get some practice. The person I spoke with did not tell me anything about what this job entailed. She was extremely pushy and continued to ask me why I had left the career I was in to pursue other careers. She asked the same question just worded differently about 4 times. I do not know if she had different motives for interviewing me but it do not reflect well on Garmin. I was extremely disturbed after my conversation with this woman.
