It was more informal and very comfortable environment. It felt like you were talking to a friend and made me feel less nervous. Questions were mostly behavioural and experience based. They really want you to use the STAR method.
Initial experience/competency-based call with recruiter. 2 prep calls with the same recruiter for the final interview. Knowledge-based and then a role play which you are expected to have lots of Gartner knowledge.
