Gartner's interview process is certainly thorough. I had 2 telephone interviews, the first, a screening call by the recruiter that sourced me, this lasted abut 30 minutes. This was then followed by a 1 hour competency based interview by a member of the management team. The final stage was 2 hour interview where i was separately interviewed by 4 members of the recruitment/ hr team.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gartner (Barcelona) in Jul 2023
Interview
I was contacted by a Gartner recruiter for a Talent Sourcer opportunity. I scheduled a phone chat, which lasted half an hour. We discussed Gartner, my experience, and KPIs. All seemed positive. The recruiter mentioned I was a good fit, shared the salary range, and scheduled a video call for the following week. However, after not receiving any invite, I contacted the recruiter but received no response. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
