I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Fort Myers, FL) in Oct 2017
Interview
They described the process as follows: initial engagement, phone screen with recruiter, deeper phone screen with senior recruiter, phone interview with manager, field day in FL office.
This company is cult-like. They only hire you if you live, breathe, and eat Gartner. I asked what their decision making criteria would be and the recruiter's response was "personality". Personality is important, but they should value background and history as well. If you do not LOVE working as a team, going to outings with your co-workers, and essentially sacrificing your social life for Gartner - then this won't be a good fit for you. I'm guessing the culture here is based on favoritism. I do not want to work in a place like that.
Avoid this interview process at all costs. It felt like nothing more than a data gathering exercise rather than a genuine hiring effort. Every single round was conducted by a recruiter — I never spoke with an actual hiring manager or team member. A complete waste of time and effort. I would not recommend applying.

Interview
It was okay. Two interviews, phone call and zoom. Zoom was a bit weird all very feedback approached. Had to do a role play of a cold call, which I do everyday to someone who has no cold calling experience so not sure that’s the best judge
