I interviewed at Gartner (Fort Myers, FL) in Oct 2017
Interview
The first interview was on the phone and very short. I felt very comfortable talking to the interviewer, as she was extremely kind and encouraging. I really appreciated how upbeat and kind she was.
It was three rounds but they also do prep meetings in between the rounds. There were two roleplays along with a bunch of situational questions using their techniques like STAR and power of three
The interviewer was someone in an internship position and they hadn't prepared many questions for me. Overall, the process didn't feel very well prepared. Also, be aware they cannot sponsor you if you don't have your own visa (I wasn't told beforehand).
Very relaxed environment, I participated in the Emerging Leaders Summit so which parts of it was a bit redundant and basic information. The role play scenario was really easy, just practicing to sell something with a small objection.
