      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Gartner in Aug 2018

      Interview

Phone interview. Approx. 15 mins. Mostly a preliminary interview for the position. They wanted to be sure that you had previous sales experience, and that commission is the driving force for your motivation.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What drives you in your current sales position?
      Answer question
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Gartner (Jacksonville, FL) in Jul 2018

      Interview

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I spoke to her on the phone 3 times and even got in touch with someone who worked in the position I was applying for. The recruiter directed me to a career fair that Gartner was attending so I could look for a position at the location I was interested in. There, I met two recruiters one of which instructed me to email him. We emailed back and forth when on the third email he told me there was an issue with the interview process. I emailed him and called again twice with no response. Totally unprofessional. Not to mention, I still see them on campus recruiting (the same guy). Word around campus is that they tease most of their applicants like this. Really disappointing.
