Three step interview starting with a phone screening, followed by an in-person interview with a behavioral section and a case study, and finally a "fit" interview by phone with a research director. They asked typical behavior questions and the case study was not as complicated as a consulting one - mostly just a gauge on how you think and your ability to work through a problem. The whole process from application to offer took about three weeks.

Interview
Recruited for the position. Three phone interviews with team members, then asked to write an 8-10 page research note and 10 minute presentation. Final interview was presentation followed by questions from whole team. I thought the questions would focus on the presentation, but they ranged on different topics. In the end, I was told the group was looking for a specific skill set (which they knew I didn't have going in), so I felt my time was wasted.
